In this course, you will examine various components of a successful management plan. While using these components, you will develop a work breakdown structure and organize your management plan. In addition, you will develop project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. You will identify quality standards and metrics for measuring quality performance and address the communication needs of the stakeholders. Furthermore, you will analyze risks and plan for responses, while assessing the impact and likelihood of risks. Finally, you will prepare a statement of work (SOW) and incorporate the SOW into a procurement document. |
