| Descrição | In this course you will examine the merger of voice and data communications into a single multi-protocol infrastructure referred to as telephony, voice over IP, or VoIP. You will explore VoIP equipment and the various Cisco products that offer VoIP features. You will examine the OSI model, the TCP/IP stack, and Quality of Service issues as they apply to VoIP. You will examine both analog and digital telephony and how their interactions influence the way telephone companies and other businesses interact. You will also implement VoIP features on a basic Cisco network. |
