| Descrição | Once your project plan file has been created in the Project Initiation and Project Planning phases, the file now becomes your plan´s focal point, with essentially three "masters" to serve?the project manager (you), stakeholders (clients and management), and team members (resources). Each master will often require different things from the plan. This course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans. It is also intended for a person who has a basic understanding of Microsoft Project 2003. |
